1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing the q98game website at q98game.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Withdrawal Verification. Age and identity verification via CNIC is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.

2.4 Misrepresentation. If you knowingly provide false information regarding your age, identity, or any other material detail during registration or at any subsequent point, q98game reserves the right to void all wagers placed on your account, forfeit all balances, and close your account permanently without further notice.

2.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on q98game. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. q98game uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. q98game bears no responsibility for losses or delays caused by outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. q98game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify q98game support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. q98game reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your q98game account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Any purported transfer of an account is void and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. q98game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Once approved, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. q98game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

4.6 No Fees. q98game does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which q98game bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses are available to eligible registered players as described in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new registrants only for welcome offers, and to all active players for ongoing promotions. q98game reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. The applicable multiplier, contributing game types, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. q98game employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated play between multiple players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses and any accumulated wagering progress will expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.

6. Wagering Rules

6.1 General. All wagers placed on q98game — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or arcade titles — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your selections before confirming any wager. q98game does not accept responsibility for errors in wager placement made by the player.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. q98game reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets. A wager may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is postponed or cancelled without rescheduling within the applicable period; a technical error in odds or payout calculation is identified; or the game or market is settled erroneously. In all such cases, q98game's decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting — Cricket. PSL and international cricket markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Wagers on incomplete matches will be settled in accordance with q98game's in-play void rules, which are displayed in the cricket betting section of the platform.

6.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a malfunction or technical error affecting a game or market outcome, q98game reserves the right to void affected wagers. Winnings arising from a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q98game and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account per person;
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical vulnerabilities for profit;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassment or abusive conduct directed at q98game staff or other players;
• Any other conduct that q98game reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Responsible Gaming

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your q98game account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding balances (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.

12.2 Termination by q98game. q98game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; q98game is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority; q98game reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; or continued provision of services becomes commercially or legally impractical.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by q98game — your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to the conditions in clause 12.1. Bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited upon account closure.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Notification. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly or you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your q98game account, you must notify q98game support in writing within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

13.2 Resolution Process. q98game will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a valid written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable gaming licence.

13.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under q98game's international gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified under that licence.

13.4 Finality of Game Results. The outcome of all casino games, live dealer games, and sports wagers as recorded by q98game's server logs is final. In any dispute regarding game outcomes, the server-side record shall be the authoritative source.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 q98game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account, with at least 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

14.2 Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, or changes required by law — may take effect immediately upon posting.
